Biegel & Waller LLP partners are Mark Biegel, an attorney and CPA, Jim Waller, CPA and Joseph Flack, CPA.  Mark and Jim have extensive “Big 4” accounting firm experience serving government contractors, high technology, hospitality and financial companies both publicly traded and privately held.  Joseph Flack, CPA has over 21 years of public accounting tax experience with a Big 4 firm, including 7 years as a Director of multistate tax and its mid-Atlantic multistate tax practice leader.
